We do not accept walk-ins, but every office day starts with at least two open appointments (one morning, one afternoon) for urgent needs that can’t wait.

If you have:

  • Minor injury with bleeding

  • Asthma attack

  • Urinary tract infection

  • Other urgent but not emergency needs

Call us, and we will see you as soon as possible.
(Emergencies — like chest pain or sudden trouble breathing — should go to the ER.)

When booking, let us know why you’re coming so we reserve enough time for your care.

Prescription Refill Tips:

Please allow 72 hours for routine refills. Don’t wait until your last dose.

  • In-stock meds: Usually same day.

  • If the medication has to be ordered: May take 2–3 days to arrive.

  • Controlled substances: Must notify us 72 hours in advance. These are only filled through your pharmacy.

When requesting a refill, include:

  • Your name

  • Medication name & dosage

  • Supply length (default is 3 months)

  • Whether you’ll pick it up or want it sent to a pharmacy (include pharmacy name)

Providing all info up front avoids delays and unnecessary back-and-forth.
