Same-Day & Urgent Appointments
We do not accept walk-ins, but every office day starts with at least two open appointments (one morning, one afternoon) for urgent needs that can’t wait.
If you have:

Minor injury with bleeding

Asthma attack

Urinary tract infection

Other urgent but not emergency needs
Call us, and we will see you as soon as possible.
(Emergencies — like chest pain or sudden trouble breathing — should go to the ER.)
When booking, let us know why you’re coming so we reserve enough time for your care.

Prescription Refill Tips:
Please allow 72 hours for routine refills. Don’t wait until your last dose.

In-stock meds: Usually same day.

If the medication has to be ordered: May take 2–3 days to arrive.

Controlled substances: Must notify us 72 hours in advance. These are only filled through your pharmacy.
When requesting a refill, include:

Your name

Medication name & dosage

Supply length (default is 3 months)
-
Whether you’ll pick it up or want it sent to a pharmacy (include pharmacy name)
Providing all info up front avoids delays and unnecessary back-and-forth.
